Payment by credit card: After your credit card has been charged, you will receive an order confirmation and delivery date (usually within 24 - 72 hours). If your credit card is declined, you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.

Payment by check or money order: Make checks out to Plum Island Soap Co.

Shipping Charges and Sales Tax: If you live in Massachusetts we will add a 5% sales tax, where applicable. In very rare occasions, shipping is not calculated when you check out. If this occurs, we will email you with the shipping amount. We must receive confirmation from you first in order to process your order.

Shipping Outside the USA: The shipping charge on your invoice might have to be adjusted up or down depending on your location. Before a order is proccesed, you will be notified of the actual shipping charges. We must receive confirmation from you first in order to process your order

Cancelling or Changing an Order: If for any reason the order isn't for what you want, you must email us immediately. State the problem and we will work to resolve it as soon as possible! 

We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel is fraudulent, unreasonable, or otherwise.
